It is a western restaurant located in a Roman alley. If it weren&rsquo;t for a local friend who brought us here as a guide, we would definitely not have been able to find this restaurant by ourselves. The food is really delicious.

The service was top notch and the experience is well worth the price. You will leave feeling satisfied and happy! There are a lot of interesting techniques used and flavor combinations introduced. The re-imagining of cocoa butter is insane.

I don&rsquo;t know if I remember correctly, the 2015 world&rsquo;s best restaurant came second, and the chef was called the artist of the food world.

The owner and the waitstaff were incredible - they truly wanted you to have a wonderful meal and an experience.  We felt like we were invited into their home and they were invested in us having a dinner to remember - and the food was incredible!

IL PAGLIACCIO

It is a lovely little restaurant, packed with locals. The walls are decorated with more than 600 kinds of wines from different parts of Italy. Everything in the restaurant is homemade, including desserts. I had truffle pasta, the best I have ever eaten. Lino (master) was fun and very likable. The staff was very accommodating and kept open until we finished eating. They were not in a hurry at the end of their business and we didn&#39;t know we stayed for another 45 minutes after the business was over. If you have the chance to visit this beautiful city, eat here. You won&rsquo;t be disappointed!!! Fresh homemade pasta, amazing staff and the best tiramisu, unlike anywhere I&rsquo;ve ever eaten, there&rsquo;s nothing wrong with coming here. Highly recommended

We were there for New Year&rsquo;s Eve dinner with a set menu.  The food was delicious, all four courses.  We had a very nice wine with dinner.  The service was excellent.  We never felt rushed.  All in a charming and cozy room.
